Self-managed & plan-managed participants
We currently accept NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, with registration as a provider underway.
Support at Home referrals
We deliver physiotherapy to aged-care clients as an approved allied health partner for aged-care providers across Sydney, under the Support at Home Program.
Gold & White Card holders
We treat DVA Gold Card holders for all clinically necessary care, and White Card holders for their accepted conditions — no gap fee.
Direct, no funding required
Don't have NDIS or a Home Care Package? You can book directly and pay privately — no referral or funding approval needed.

"Agape" — a Greek word for unconditional, selfless love — is the standard the practice is named for: care that meets people where they are, without conditions attached.
